Data controller

Personal data we process

Identity and contact details you provide through the quote form, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp (name, company, e-mail, phone), shipment details (origin and destination addresses, description, dimensions, weight and value of the goods) and the related correspondence.

Purposes

Preparing a quotation for your request, planning and carrying out transport and customs services, informing you about the status of your shipment, and meeting our legal record-keeping obligations.

Legal grounds

Processing that is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), compliance with our legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç) and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Your data is shared only as far as needed to provide the service: with transport and customs service providers, customs authorities and other competent public bodies, and with our technical service providers such as hosting and e-mail. For international shipments, data may be transferred to the relevant parties in the destination country so that the shipment can be carried out.

WhatsApp and automated processing

When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted via the WhatsApp Business infrastructure of Meta Platforms. Your messages, photos and documents are processed automatically by an AI assistant (provider: Anthropic) to collect your shipment details and to inform you about the status of your shipment. The servers of these providers may be located abroad.

The assistant does not quote prices and takes no decision with legal effect on you; every request is reviewed by our team. You can ask to speak to a member of staff at any time. Attachments of requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn to whom it has been transferred, and object. Send your request through the contact channels above.
